THROMBOCYTES
Thrombocytes are blood cells of vertebrates, which contain a nucleus (excluding mammals). They participate in blood coagulation. Anuclear thrombocytes of mammals and a man are called blood platelets. 1 cubic millimetre of human blood contains 180 to 320 thousands thrombocytes.
