CYTOKINESIS
Cytokinesis is the process of division of the cytoplasm in a cell between two daughter cells. It follows mitosis and completes stage M of the cell cycle. This process usually begings in late anaphase or in telophase. The membrane in the central part of the cell (between two daughter nuclei) becomes pulled in, in the plain, which is perpendicular to the long axis of the spindle; cleavage fissure appears and gradually grows deeper. As the result, two completely separated daughter cells are formed.
