MODELS LIBRARY

• MathCell

  A collection of computational models developed in Institute of Mathematical Problems of Biology of Russian Academy of Sciences (IMPB RAS, Pushchino, Russia). The MathCell models are been computed in GRID (EGEE infrastructure).

• BioModels

  BioModels Database is a data resource that allows biologists to store, search and retrieve published mathematical models of biological interests. Models present in BioModels Database are annotated and linked to relevant data resources, such as publications, databases of compounds and pathways, controlled vocabularies, etc. The resource is developed in 2006 and supported by the teams of EMBL-EBI (United-Kingdom) and SBML Team (Caltech, USA) in collaboration with DOQCS (National Center for Biological Sciences, India), Keck Graduate Institute (USA), Systems Biology Institute (Japan), JWS Online (Stellenbosch, ZA) and others.
