The project "MATHEMATICAL CELL"
The project "MATHEMATICAL CELL" is directed on creation of the multipurpose environment for obtaining of new fundamental knowledge in biology of an alive cell by integration of private knowledge. Its creation will help formation of new notion about a cell, as to the open self-consistent dynamic system. Such environment leans on modern information technologies and makes use of the accumulated experience of mathematical modelling of complex systems.
The project is carried out in the Institute of Mathematical Problems of Biology RAS - the Branch of Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics of Russian Academy of Sciences (IMPB RAS- Branch of KIAM RAS).
