ZYGOTE
Zygote is fertilized female gametal cell (ovicells), it is formed as the result of syngamy of two gametes of various sexes. During syngamy of two haploid gametes, restoration of the diploid set of chromosomes, which is inherent of the given species of organisms, happens in zygote.
