NUCLEIC ACIDS
Nucleic acids are macromolecules ( polymers) with molecular mass over 10 000. They were first found and isolated from cell nuclei. There are two types of nucleic acids: DNA, genetic information holder, and RNA, serving for transmission of this information and its realization in the most part of cell systems.
